New information was revealed Thursday about a federal vehicle involved in the shooting of a Chicago woman.
On October 4, federal authorities say Marimar Martinez rammed into immigration agents' vehicle. That led to the agents shooting the woman , who is facing charges.
The attorney for Martinez says an agent was given permission to drive the vehicle in question back to the agent's home in Maine before the defense team could inspect it.
A judge is now ordering the vehicle be driven back to Chicago.
